Blessings Cabins & Lodge Policies
Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 11 am Payment will be charged to your Credit card 5 days before your arrival day unless specified. A deposit equal to the first nights stay, plus tax, is required to confirm all reservations over 3 days. Deposits can be made by credit card.
Cancellations more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation will result in a refund minus the Non-Refundable deposit. Cancellations within 10 days of the arrival date of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the First-night stay. Simple Blessings cabin and Blessings Lodge require a 50.00 Non-Refundable deposit will be charged to hold all rooms, Blessings Homestead Cabin requires a $100.00 Non-Refundable deposit at booking.
We refresh rooms and cabins every other day, If wanted daily maid service is available during your stay if requested at an additional fee of $10.00 a day (i.e. – towels replenished, bedding and rooms tidied)
If your arrival will be later than 8:00 pm, please call to let us know. Bed linens will only be changed upon departure unless otherwise requested. For each additional person over the age of 16, please add $15.00. Rates are subject to change without notice.
There is no charge for children under the age of 16 when accompanied by parents in the same room.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, no pets are allowed in the rooms, there is a $100.00 fee if an animal stay in any of the rooms
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
The lodging is a non-smoking facility. There is a $100.00 charge if any smell of anyone smoking in our rooms.
Rooms are all handicap accessible. Ask about our special rates for individuals with special needs and/or their caregivers.
Gift Certificates available, Simple Blessings Gift Certificates make the perfect gift. No discounts can be used with a B&B.com gift certificate..
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Holds on rooms will be released after seven days if checks have not been received.
Blessings Lodge and cabins is not responsible for any items of value lost or missing in any of the units during your stay.. Please make sure you keep anything of value with you. Please always keep doors and unit locked. We have never had an issue and just want to make sure you enjoy your stay.
